You may return or exchange your unworn and unused purchases for refund or exchange for any reason within 7 days of receipted delivery (excludes earrings in order to preserve hygiene standards). If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus shipping and handling charges (15% of value of the goods). If you require an exchange you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on all earrings, underwear, sale bridal gowns and some other products where stated.
Please contact Pure Bridal for an authorisation return number prior to returning any purchase/s.
Please note that we will only accept returns on items that have their tags still intact, are in their complete original packaging and have not been worn. Items that have been worn, show signs of wear, are damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.

Should a product be out of stock Pure Bridal will notify you within 24 hours of the earliest delivery date.

Shipping and Delivery
Pure Bridal will endeavour to ensure all orders are shipped within 2-4 days of payment being cleared . If you require an urgent delivery please contact Pure Bridal and we will happily assist where possible.
We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal/courier system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post or courier carrier. We do however track and trace parcels for you and follow up to the best of our ability.
